Proposals expose your pricing, your process, and your client list — the inner workings of your company. Everything you upload here stays private, encrypted, and under your control. This page explains exactly how.
Never used to train AI
Your documents and generated proposals never train our models or anyone else's. Our AI provider processes your content only to fulfill your requests, under paid API terms that prohibit training on customer data. Files sent for analysis are deleted from the provider immediately after processing.
Never sold, never shared
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your content, your Style Profile, or your clients' information with anyone. Our business model is subscriptions — you are the customer, not the product.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS 1.2+ on every connection. Encrypted at rest on our servers — and document contents, intake answers, and learned style data get an additional layer of application-level encryption, so even direct database access doesn't reveal your documents.
Delete anything, any time
Delete a single proposal (30-day trash, then hard-purged), all uploaded documents and style data (instant), or your entire account. Deletion is real: database rows and files are destroyed, and backups age out within 30 days.
How your data flows

You upload a past proposal (PDF or Word) over an encrypted connection.

Who touches your data
Transparency beats promises. These are the only services involved, each for one narrow job:

Our practices
- ✓Every signed document is finalized as a locked PDF with a SHA-256 checksum printed on its completion certificate — any alteration is detectable.
- ✓The full signing audit trail (timestamps, IP, device) is preserved on the certificate and in your activity history.
- ✓Encrypted backups with 30-day retention; deleted data ages out of all backups within 30 days.
- ✓Cancel any time: your account data is automatically and permanently removed 90 days after cancellation.
