• →Upload up to 15 past proposals (PDF or Word) per business profile. Each is analyzed and distilled into a compact digest: section structure, tone, phrasing habits, pricing presentation, greetings and sign-offs.
• →Digests merge into your Style Profile — a human-readable recipe for writing like you, stored in our database (never inside an AI model). You can read it, correct it with an "always/never do this" guidance note, and delete it any time.
• →Two fidelity modes on every proposal: "Keep it close to mine" reproduces your patterns faithfully; "Improve it" keeps your recognizable voice while tightening structure, clarity and persuasion.
• →No uploads? Three setup questions build a proven starter style, and the engine learns from every proposal you send after that.
